Stopped (error): ClrInterop Exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
Solved by :
Restart ADFS di server.
ex : 10.23 dan 10.31
Restart AOT dimana server WF.
ex : 10.19
